    Payment Methods

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and select digital wallets. Your payment must be successfully processed before we begin preparing your order. For security purposes, we may occasionally require additional verification for certain transactions. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you via email to complete the verification process.


    Order Processing

    After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate email confirmation containing your order details. Please review this carefully as it serves as your official receipt. Due to the delicate nature of cosmetic products, we implement a 24-hour order verification period where you may request changes to your shipping address or items ordered by contacting [email protected]. After this period, changes cannot be accommodated as we begin processing your shipment.


    Inventory & Order Adjustments

    While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasionally popular items may sell out faster than anticipated. If we're unable to fulfill part of your order, we'll notify you within 48 hours and either issue a partial refund or offer comparable product alternatives at the same price point. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, use unauthorized payment methods, or exceed reasonable personal use quantities.


    Pricing & Currency

    All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable product costs but exclude shipping fees and taxes which will be clearly displayed during checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, though orders already placed will be honored at the price confirmed in your order receipt. International customers should be aware that additional customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


    Shipping & Delivery

    Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend up to 7 business days. Once shipped, domestic deliveries generally arrive within 5-10 business days via our standard shipping partners. International shipments may take 2-4 weeks depending on destination. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order leaves our facility. Please note we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as these depend on carrier schedules.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We offer a 21-day return policy from the delivery date for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] for authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for replacement items to be shipped at no additional cost once we verify the claim. In cases where the correct item is unavailable, we'll offer a comparable substitute or full refund at your discretion.
